I'm the founder of The Intentional Business, and I have lived in Vancouver for most of my life.
I know the city inside and out. I also know what it costs to grind to make it here, working harder than ever and still feeling like I was falling behind.
Eventually, I burned out. I quit everything, walked away for a year, and rebuilt my life around what actually matters: time, freedom, health, and work I love.
